The Role


The project Management Assistant Supports the Project Managers and the Project Controller with the day-to-day management of the IT projects.
• Documenting, maintaining and tracking various projects activities and tasks.
• Gathering progress information from project-leaders, team-members and contractors.
• Financial follow up of the projects and preparing financial status reports.
• Developing and producing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Liaising with contractors and IT internal staff on a daily basis.
• Attending regular program management meetings and following up the execution of the action agreed in these meetings.

Requirements


Requirements


• Secondary Education plus Executive Assistant Education
• At least two years experience in project tracking and have an understanding of IT projects
• Sound Knowledge of Ms Excel , word and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, strong communication skills and planning skills
