The Role


The Role


To act as a mediator between customer and plant regarding matters related to deliveries and customer complaints
Responsible for providing accurate and apt information to customers of the allocated region
Liaise between the sales team , engineering, purchasing , manufacturing and shipping teams
Effectively address customer complaints
Communicate the queries and complaints of the customer to Project Management Group / Manufacturing team
Keep a track of production schedule through MS Projects

BE (Civil / Mech)
2-5 years experience in customer support / project management; preferably in PEB
Knowledge of MS Projects will be an added advantage
Good communication skills
Result oriented
Excellent inter-personal skills
