The RoleThe RolePurpose of the Job: To facilitate project executing & schedule the assigned project within the approved duration and the overall objective and strategies of the company in addition to mitigating the risks. To improve business effectiveness and efficiency, while managing and facilitating process improvement in all the company’s main / cross functional areas with a focus on strategy execution, competitive improvement and innovation. To control and monitor all projects activities in the company (Timeframe, Project Phases, and Quality and project deliverables). Responsibilities: Review important main processes in the company's operating systems and ensures that such processes are adequate, functional and conform to telecom standards. Analyze the processes of the company, to determine how these processes can be done efficiently, effectively, within time and cost constraints. Plan for continual business process improvement and optimization and provide a list of recommendations on how to improve & change necessary aspects of a process. Communicate reports regarding the evaluation of the improved or reengineered processes. Monitor and control the quality of deliverables in accordance with company's KPIs. Effectively enforce business plans and group's methodology and according to standards and demand requirements. Plan for risk management and project contingencies according to environmental aspects surrounding the project. Direct project managers to keep them aligned with the project objective, timeframe, resources and the required quality of project deliverables. Monitor project progress and the allocated budget. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, networks or communications engineering Minimum 10 years of experience (6 years in relevant position).
