Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and shall be part of the team of Strategic Advisor Support which primary role is to coordinate and communicate with all The Company division & department heads on the aspect of major projects and initiatives. In-depth knowledge on project management software such as MS Project- to collect data, chart out project life cycles, prepare periodic reports, identify risks, propose solutions to execution delays and cost inefficiencies, present status reports addressing project progress, quality and other related factors of the projects.

Major Functions:
• Reviewing the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information and the means used to Develop and update project plans for all major The Company projects including Finance, Corporate Support, Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and other areas. These plans will include scope, objectives, deliverables, technologies, systems, specifications, schedules, funding, staffing, risks, quality assessments, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop full-scale project plans in coordination with proponent division/department heads
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Track project deliverables using appropriate project management software and tools
• Present reports defining project progress, risks, alternatives, problems, and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferably in business, science or engineering
• Qualification in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or other certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Direct work experience in project management capacity for 3- 4 years
• Proficiency in Arabic and English in speaking and writing
• Saudi Nationality is preferred
