Job description / Role
Contractors/ vendors procurement:
- Looking for different general contractors who can provide their services on cities were the stores are located ;
- Providing quantitative & qualitative comparison between different contactors quotations ,
- Recommending the potential contractor to the management for approval;
- Looking for different Technicians ( electricians , carpenters , painter ,,,etc) that can provide their services on cities were stores are
Store Maintenance:
- Setting procedure of store maintenance & repair communication between the stores, brand management, 3rd party vendor & malls managements.
- Follow up on maintenance & repair form time of issue reporting till final execution;
- Categorizing repairs & maintenance tasks to monthly , quarterly & instantly tasks , schedule timely follow up & execution calendar & keep the related log to that ;
- Stores preparation for principle visits
- Regular field visits to the store to ensure that stores are always in good shape & up to the standard
Opening new stores :
- Communication with landlord / mall management to get the needed info. floorplan , elevation plan , contracts ,,,& all other required document .
- Preparing new door opening deck for approval
- Review store design drawings submitted & verify it with the needed fixtures for the assigned goods.
- Communication & coordination with & between the store design team & GC to finalize the needed drawing for construction
- Communication & coordination with & between store design team & the millworker for store fixtures
- Construction site regular visit & follow up
- Getting the required document & submission for telephone line , STS line &
- Store handing over & snagging list ( reporting & repair )
- Communication & liaising with different supporting departments
