Job description / Role
Our client company, a leading retail group, is looking for professionals with prior experience in planning & design, contractor evaluation & handling,site control with respect to new fittings, design, material specifications & evaluation and coordination with architects & vendors.
The job incumbent will be responsible for total site development while ensuring cost & quality control are in sync with audit requirements.
Requirements
Professionals with minimum 7 years of experience in retail project management, design and layout are required. Good knowledge of interior design and layout will be an added advantage.
Suitable candidates should possess an ability to effectively liaise with vendors and contractors, have adequate market awareness & information about new solutions & materials and work closely with the retail team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
