The RoleThe RoleLong established Saudi consultancy has long history designing and delivering developments throughout Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE and Egypt since 1979. With a range of residential, commercial, government, cultural, master planning and healthcare projects, this consultancies services range from Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Construction Management. Currently they require Project Manager from an Architectural background who can work at the Mecca site on a large institutional project at construction stage. This Project Manager will be responsible for acting as consultants point of contact with the client, managing main and sub-contractors, and ensure design integrity is upheld on site. |
RequirementsRequirementsThis candidate will ideally have 15 years post graduation of an Architecture Degree, experience managing large scale projects in the UAE/GCC, project exposure of residential, commercial, institutional projects in a Project Manager capacity. Strong Technical knowledge and construction expertise is required, Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English skills necessary, ability to liaise with High level executives within client bodies and Municipalities. Candidates must be Muslim to work in the Holy City of Mecca. |
