Project Manager (Build) - Ghana – Tax-Free
Our client is a long established developer specialising in a wide range of construction projects across West Africa. Their project portfolio encompasses; commercial, residential, healthcare, hotels, mixed use and more.
Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Accra.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* A minimum of 5-10 years industry experience as a Project Manager
* Experience of overseeing $Multi-million Residential and/or Commercial projects
* A background with established developers and/or main contractors.
* Degree qualified Civil Engineer or Construction Manager
* Excellent level of English both written and spoken.
Previous exposure of working in Africa would be advantageous
