Project Manager – Business Products
As a Project Manager - Business Products - you will be part of the Product Management team to manage the planning, deliverables and issues/actions and follow-up for specific functional areas (IT, Eng', Billing, Network, Customer Care, Sales & Commercial).
You will be translating the functional requirements related to the business fixnet services into detailed business requirements and design processes together with the respective line organisations.
The scope of activities and responsibilities includes:
Manage all Business segment product development projects.
Create a detailed project plan for the product implementation & launch and manage progress cross-functionally.
Support Product Managers and their effectiveness in responding to demands for support cross-functionally.
Manage the line organization to plan for integration and support of the new product(s) within their line area and assist line management.
Manage activities and timelines, milestones with MarCom's and go-to-market.
Communicate with involved line organization to ensure planning is in place to support project plan.
Pull regular updates from line organization to support conformance to project plan, or identify slippage and interdependencies and consequences.
Schedule regular (weekly) product-specific full project meetings for cross-functional discussions and line organization updates.
Provides all regular reporting required towards PMO and EXCO and gathers inputs for such from all parties.
Coordinates and communicates synergies and progress across products under development and across segments (Business, Residential.)
Facilitate escalation to PMO and through PMO to EXCO
To be considered, you must have a university degree andÂ preferred Project Management Certification. A minimum of 6 years of related working experience in a telecom industry or related technology industry is preferred, demonstrated at least 3 year's working experience as a project manager.
