Project Manager Infrastructure Consultancy Appointment
My client is a major PMC and as such works with the major development groups in the UAE. One group is a lead in the development of master planned key developments in Abu Dhabi cover infrastructure/ cultural and Hospitality. We have an appointment to work a Project Manager on the key Infrastructure aspects of the master program.
The role will cover;
Client Representative
Construction & Logistics Management
Design & Concept Planning Coordination
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
HSE & QA/QC Monitoring
Technical Reports
Construction Management
Leading Site Supervision Team
Local Authority Liaison (NOCs, permits,
commissioning and handover)
Technical / Engineering Reports
Budget Requests, commercial input
Programme Review, Monitoring and Reporting
Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings
Submittal Review / Design Coordination
Requirements
We are looking ideally for an immediately available candidate with 12 years experience +, 3 years minimum in the GCC and the remainder in the UK.
Candidates should be Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering.
You will have ideally major experience in working for a PMC, or major international contractor with the Civil / Infra environment., covering; Roads, Utilities, Water, Highways, Bridges, Marine. Etc.
