Job description / Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the running of various projects related to office fit outs and expansion within the business.
The Project Manager will liaise with the client, workforce and suppliers to ensure the highest standards and deadlines are met at all times.
You would be looking after all the properties within the group and making sure that any office fit outs, new premises, or client requirements were carried out in an effective and professional manner.
Requirements
-Office fit out experience
-Design or architectural background
-Experience of working to tight deadlines
-Experience of dealing with specifications
-Experience of managing a team
-5-10 years planning and project experience
-Dealing with specifications
-German speaker would be an advantage
