Project Manager - Commercial, Residential, High Rise - Qatar

This excellent opportunity is for a Project Manager to join the leading construction and development Company operating in Qatar, in one of the worlds most interesting growth markets. My client are an expanding company that strive to create lasting values within this market, working on large scale commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to come on board and manage their new, large-scale build projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will be managing projects such as high rise offices, hotels, resorts, shopping malls and similar complexes and developments within the region.

DUTIES:
- Managing entire projects
- Attending regular meetings with both the client and consultants
- Planning the projects
- Updating reports with consultancies and sub-contractors
- Managing the sub-contractors on site

Requirements

- 15 - 20 years experience in Civil and Commercial construction management
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Previous training in Project Costing and Scheduling; Contract management and Procurement
- Professional engineering certification from a recognised affiliation/jurisdiction
- Previous experience as a Construction manager
- Must have worked on large-scale projects including high-rise buildings and residential/commercial developments
