Job description / Role
Project Manager required for a prestigious building project based in Jeddah, KSA. Working for a leading Western global contractor; the Project Manager is required to undertake a role overseeing a multi-million dollar project.
Based in Jeddah, KSA and reporting to the regional Project Director you shall be required to work on your own initiative and oversee the construction of the project from start to finish including handover. Ensuring the projects runs on time, to specification and within budget you shall be required to keep the client continually updated.
Requirements
The ideal candidate MUST be Arabic Speaking. The ideal candidate must have a relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years' experience, preferably with some experience in the Middle East. In addition, the preferred candidate should have a track record in building construction projects.
