Project Manager / Director (High Rise Tower)
Doha, Qatar

We are on an assignment with a leading International Main Contractor who are seeking a Project Director for an 70 storey iconic skyscraper development in the heart of Doha

As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for a workforce of circa 800, ensuring that the structure is delivered within time and budget without compromising health & safety. The project duration is 3 years. The iconic design and grand interiors will make this scheme the most spectacular building in Doha

Our client is a leader in the construction of High Rise buildings, Hotels, Malls and Stadia throughout the Middle East, they have established a blue chip client base and are growing year-on-year.

This is a crucial appointment for our client and only candidates of the highest calibre will be considered. The individual who clearly possesses the skills and attributes necessary will be offered an attractive remuneration package.

Requirements

- Relevant experience as a Project Manager/Director leading a high-rise tower development (+50 storeys) is required.
- Previous experience working in India would be highly desirable.
- Must have a proven track record leading, high value building projects with a Main Contractor
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organised and confident
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively lead and communicate with a multicultural team at all levels
