Energy Efficiency Project Manager/Project Development Engineering Manager - Energy Consultancy, UAE
PACKAGE:
*Generous package commensurate with experience - circa AED45-50k/m

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
We have solid growth plans throughout the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2014, and due to new clients utilising our excellence service, we require a Project Manager/Project Development Engineering Manager who will have the following responsibilities:
*Work with existing and new clients to provide energy efficiency solutions to developments.
*Use energy performance tools and methods to audit and report current output
*Provide expertise to increase efficiency and overall building performance, working with green principles to guide clients to a smaller carbon footprint, lower operating costs and higher efficiency
*Be responsible for KPI adherence, liaising with Project Directors and the end client
*Provide technical expertise in building and energy performance management

Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
*At least 8 years of experience at Project Manager level or equivalent
*Extensive experience at Project Manager level or equivalent
*Bachelors in Energy Management/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/related subject
*Hold accreditations with all or at least one of the following: CEM, CEP, CMVP, PE, IPMVP
*Native English fluency
*Previous exposure to the Gulf market regarding energy and efficiency of GCC buildings is ideal
*ISO lead auditor/ISO 18001 previous experience
*Experience and understanding of IPMVP
*Energy performance and efficiency consultancy experience
