Job description / Role
Directly responsible for the Regional management of a project. Directs all project related activities on the Regional level to ensure time schedules are achieved and all quality standards are implemented. Responsible for the regional office, achieving project goals and maintaining budgetary guidelines. Works closely with the Project Director to ensure uniform processes and standards are being used in the region
Requirements
Four (4) years experience in telecommunications and OSP project management.
PMP and/or Prince2 Certified.
Strong decision-making and management skills.
Extensive knowledge of OSP Design specifically to Fiber Architecture and Design Requirements in relationship to FTTX and Copper deployment of Triple Play services.
Knowledgeable in the permitting process for Country, city and districts Baladiyah
Extensive knowledge of local cable facilities and fiber networks
Possess understanding of Outside Plant communications cabling/records
Have broad knowledge of OSP right of way infrastructure requirements and facets.
Familiar with all facets of OSP FTTX and Copper deployment..
Ability to have a self-confident and firm stand towards Management Staff and Subcontractors.
Proven ability to deal with a variety of 3PV / subcontractors to monitor, evaluate and control their performance.
Highly Motivated and has the ability to Motivate his team
