Job description / Role
This position is required for a leading Facade Contractor for its Project based in Lebanon.
We are looking for a Project Manager with the Facade Civil/Mechanical background.

Responsibilities:
1. Manages execution phase budget for assigned project.
2. Manages the resource requirements for assigned projects.
3. Works closely with the Project Controls Manager to control and track construction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of the assigned projects.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably as a Project Manager.
2. Minimum 10 years overall Facade industry experience.
3. Minimum 5 years working in the Middle East or Levant region.
4. Preferably based in Lebanon.
