Globally renowned and Award winning Design and Project Management consultancy are seeking top talent for their Doha, Qatar operation.
Currently the seek a Project Manager – Healthcare Improvement to work closely with their Client, managing multiple interdependent projects which will improve the client's performance, impacting upon innovation and development, service transformation and improvement and strategic enhancements.

Generic Responsibilities:
Develops programs which deliver sustained longer term improvements based on comprehensive analysis of client's strategies and objectives
Ensures alignment of programs with clients objectives
Establishes processes and procedures to facilitate program management and project accomplishments
Develops program plans, bringing together information on projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control
Oversee multiple system redesign and service delivery improvement projects
Manage and direct project support staff attached to individual projects
Deliver projects according to a standardized project management framework and pre-determined
timelines to ensure integration of projects and systems
Ensure that programs are integrated into hospital business plans and service delivery operations
Coordination and prioritization of resources across projects
Mitigation of risks through appropriate planning
Effective financial management of programs against budget allocations
Conducts regular reviews of programs and adjusts as necessary for changes in organisational
priorities, structures or the external environment
Ensures effective management of projects and stakeholders
Continuously assesses program performance, researches and develops new capabilities
Plans, directs, organizes & controls, and coordinates technical efforts and project staff
Specific Responsibilities:
Ensures alignment of facility development programs with Planning & Designing Department objectives
Liaises with stakeholders and end users to develop feasibilities, health planning and sketch designs
Project management including reporting and scheduling
Develops project plans, bringing together information on projects, resources, timescales, monitoring
and control
Develop project briefing documents and manage non-commercial aspects of requesting and
assessing tender bids for design consultancy in accordance with the corporations policies and
procedures
Oversee multiple design projects through external consultants
Develop programs which deliver sustained longer term improvements based on comprehensive
analysis of Clients strategies and objectives
Manage and direct project support staff attached to individual projects
Ensure that programs are integrated into hospital business plans and service delivery operations

Requirements

Role Requirements (Skills & Behaviours)

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Minimum of 10 years’ total experience including 5 years in healthcare design
Professional registration preferred
5 years’ experience at a project management level essential
Experience in project management within a large healthcare organization would be desirable
Healthcare design experience preferred
AutoCAD and MC Office/Projects experience required
