Project Manager (MEP - Building Services)
MUST HAVE MEP CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE
A Senior MEP (SITE) Project Manager to lead the supervision of a 5 star hotel project in Jeddah- KSA.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- A previous strong experience in managing large scale projects with an international consultant / contractor, and the ability to manage and lead large teams of engineers. Previous experience in complex high rise projects is beneficial.
- Should be fluent in English language (verbal and written), and well experienced in handling construction related correspondence and reports.
- Strong technical and contractual background, with an ability to interface easily with technical engineers/architects, planning engineers, and contract administrators.
- Highly motivated to manage a complex and demanding project.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills and full understanding of the Client-Contractor-Consultant relations.
- Strong teamwork spirit.
- Commitment to deadlines, highly critical thinking, and sense of responsibility are required for this position.
SALARY - 35k - 40k SAR = Accommodation and transportation provided, as well as other usual benefits.
Requirements
- BRITISH AMERICAN WESTERN NATIONALS.
- Arab nationals if they have top consultants and prestigious projects.
- Up to 55 years old.
- 15 - 20 years experience.
- High Rise / Hotels experience must have MEP contractor experience.
- Engineering Degree a MUST.
