The RoleThe RoleThis Civil Engineering and Construction company are looking for an experienced Project Manager. Specializing in large scale building, housing, industrial and infrastructure projects. The role is to work on a high-rise project in Dubai so it is essential that all applicants have high-rise experience. The objective of the role as with any project management role is to ensure completion of the assigned projects within the provided budget, according to the project specification, within the time schedule and to the satisfaction of the Client and Consultant. |
RequirementsRequirementsAs a minimum all applicants should have high-rise experience, be degree qualified with 10-15 years experience preferably in the UAE or GCC. A contracting background is essential, but if you have recently worked for a Consultancy or Developer and would like to get back into a hands on role then this could also be suitable. |
