Project Manager (Historical Projects)

Our client a leading and fully integrated Engineering Group, providing a full range of integrated professional services. They have achieved significant milestones in the areas of engineering, architecture, innovative technology, people, processes, systems and operations. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager, for a heritage project to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize Project according to strict deadline and within budget.
Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver Project according to the plan.
Define the Project objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy.
Manages the day-to-day operations of Project Management by facilitating related professional work process to ensure with the established plans and in order to achieve high performance standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Civil or Architect.
15 years total experience
Middle East experience
Site supervision & consulting experience.
Experience in Museums or Heritage projects.
