An excellent opportunity for an energetic Fit Out Project Manager with hotel experience to join a international project management consultancy and work on a hotel project in Abu Dhabi.

Job description:
- Report to the lead Construction Manager.
- Will be based in the site office and in the field.
- Oversee and coordinate the construction process of a major luxury 5 star hotel development.
- Monitor and oversea domestic subcontractor activities and maintain the approved schedule for timely completion.
- Coordinate between client, contractor and consultant teams with issues regarding design, installations, fit out construction etc.

Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or building studies related or equivalent.
- Extensive project delivery and management experience in design & build projects.
- Extensive previous experience with hotel brand projects, F&B, interior fit out, retail fit out.
- Good PM / CM experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
