The RoleThe RolePrimary Functions People • To be flexible and carry out any other duties as and when required by the Project Director Customers/Clients • Must be flexible and adaptable and be able to proactively react to unexpected change. • To be proactive in their approach to resolving customer complaints. Processes • To ensure that all relevant documentation is fully completed and compliant for each project. • To ensure that all projects are managed and communicated efficiently and effectively to all team members, stakeholders and sponsors. • Responsibility of ownership for a project is not complete until the project is successfully live and any outstanding issues are managed. • Undertake the duties of the post in accordance with Quality Assurance systems and procedures within the service. • Have involvement in product specification and selection Key Contacts • Strategic Projects team • Business directors • General management • IMUM workforce • Third party customers and clients |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree • Knowledge and skills in structured methodologies (Prince 2 or similar). • Familiar with the MS Suite of products • Must possess business and systems analyst skills • Extensive knowledge of full project life cycle • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge of managing implementations of systems • Must have minimum 10 years experience in project management Personal Competencies • Must be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external contacts in difficult and demanding situations • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment • Supervisory and leadership skills |
