Project Manager - Infrastructure - Roads - Drainage - Civil - Contractor - Qatar

Salary: 30,000 40,000 QAR + Car allowance + Family Medical + Family Tickets

Project: Contractor

My client is looking for a Project Manager to be based in their Doha office. They are specializing in a variety of Infrastructure and Construction markets ranging from Roads & Highways to High Rise Buildings. The Project Manager would be responsible for managing a variety of Infrastructure projects.

The most suitable Project Manager will have experience in similar projects and have a Civil Engineering background with at least 15 years of solid experience in Infrastructure, Roads & Drainage projects.

Duties:
- Agreeing project objectives
- Manage the project and constriction
- Ensuring project financial performance
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Recruit and manage specialists and sub-contractors
- Manage day to day operational aspects of the property

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is a must
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in infrastructure, roads and drainage projects
- Middle East experience
- Qualification in project management or equivalent
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management
- Proficient in project management software
