Job description / Role
Duties:
• Responsible for all post contract activities
•Assists in business development activities and estimation of projects
• Leads and manages the Project Team and Sub
Contractors for the successful implementation of design intent
•Manages and attends site meetings with third party consultants/contractors and sub-contractors
•Responsible for on-site detailing and project planning
•Manages worker allocation, material intents, sub-contractor coordination and general administration of site.
•Coordinates with Gypsum and Joinery workshops for all concerned material and labour requirements.
•Ensures adherence to relevant Quality and Safety Standards in each project
•Reports all contractual issues to the General Manager
Requirements

• Well experienced in the field of interiors project Management for a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent Management and leading skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Coordination Skills
• Candidate located in Bahrain
