RequirementsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications: • 5+ years of program management experience in a software/Internet company. • Web-based technical background • Expertise in planning and developing software • Proven experience releasing software products to market successfully • Demonstrated experience coordinating activities among superiors, peers, and reports • Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Visio. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent • Familiarity and/or experience utilizing Agile Development methodologies, Twikis, and Project Portfolio Management tools • Experience releasing internet software products to market • Education or training in formal project management practices • PMP certification preferred |
