Project Manager - Leading Contracting Construction Company - Residential / Commercial Builds

Our client is a leading construction contracting company working on residential and commercial projects across the region

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Riyadh.

Salary depending on experience levels - but around 35k SAR per month

Requirements

- EU, Arab and Indian nationals based in GCC now
- 15+ years experience
- Must have worked for Construction contracting companies NOT for construction consulting companies.
- Must have experience working on projects over 300million SAR budget
- Project experience should be within Low rise residential, villas, compounds, staff accomodation blocks, hospitals, universities etc Residential/ Commercial
- GCC experience (apart from Tunisians, GCC exp not needed if Tunisian)
- PMP certification essential
