Job description / Role
Our client seeks an accomplished Project Manager for an immediate start. The PM will be responsible for the delivery of various high end interior fit out and design work. Experience in High Rise and Hotels is particularly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Overall delivery responsibility for multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
• Financial management. Reporting and programming for projects.
• Oversee Contracts Administrators and both office and site based teams.
• Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial construction industry
Requirements
• 5 years experience as Project Manager for a commercial builder.
• A track record of undergoing fitout projects of at least $5M in value
• 15-20 years PM experience in Interiors
• Experience working for leading Interiors business or 2nd tier building companies on fitout projects
• Good D&C knowledge is a benefit
• Good knowledge of the GCC market including sub contractors.
• Ability to communicate with peers, sub contractors and clients
• You should have plenty of initiative and be goal-oriented keen to work as a team and have the drive to get the things done.
• Ambitious for career development and progression.
