We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for a Project Manager to work on our projects in Doha, Qatar.
 
Role Objectives:
* Providing timely and accurate project data to assist with the management of the project;
* Ensuring designs, documentation reports, proposals, contract documentation and specifications are produced to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity;
* Applying project management principles to devise and deliver new approaches in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of project controls.

Responsibilities:
* Supervising and providing technical advice to team, leading by example to achieve company goals and championing a quality culture;
* Communicating with team members to ensure that they understand, and become engaged with, the project strategy, brief and client requirements;
* Managing the Project Programme;
* Provide financial management and reporting at project level;
* Continually looking to enhance productivity through improved processes, procedures and systems;
* Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed on all relevant matters impacting and influencing projects;
* Managing the resources for the project to ensure optimal resource allocation for the project;
* Directing the assessment, selection and management of suppliers, sub-consultants and contractors associated with projects;
* Ensuring risks are proactively identified, assessed and managed to avoid adverse impacts on the project;
* Working to ensure maximum client satisfaction, championing client care and proactively working with the client;
* Ensuring Health and Safety training is available for all staff and awareness is widespread. Promote awareness of, and compliance with, Health and Safety regulations;
* Engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience (minimum 8 years) in a project environment
* Registered or accredited professional
* Postgraduate qualifications in business, finance or project management related areas an advantage
* Sound commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures, including international conditions and ability to take commercial responsibility for a project
* Experienced in supervising, and working with, people from varied backgrounds and cultures
