Charterhouse is working with a leading construction company who specialise in high-tech buildings and cover a variety of sectors including education, medical, residential, and purpose built laboratories. Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager MEP to be based in Riyadh.

You will oversee the progress of all the MEP construction. You will plan and install all MEP services in accordance with the design and specifications. You will also update schedules with the Planning Engineers, dealing with the coordination of all activities on site and resolving the day-to-day technical issues. Additionally, you will liaise with main contractors, advising Engineers on manpower, materials and plant requirements and issue instructions to Site Engineers and Supervisors.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a BSc or MSc in electrical, mechanical, civil or equivalent engineering Degree. You should have 15 years experience in a similar role, be PMP certified and have construction experience within Saudi Arabia. You should also have a design background and a proven ability to review MEP designs. Experience with document control and project management tools such as Primavera as well as excellent written and spoken English are essential.
