In this role you will have the following responsibilities: Identify project staffing needs and assists in the formation of effective project teams. Proactively detect and evaluates issues/risks Communicates project information including requirements, approach, progress, forecasts, and issues to client, staff, and other stakeholders. Manage project teams - tracks performance, provides feedback, and motivates staff. Provide guidance to projects on best practices and standards to utilize Project management, execution, installations, coordination and maintenance of MEP works. Prepare and implement project cost controlling. Prepare and implement site programme of work. Design, working drawing, coordination drawing. Assign tasks to project staff in a manner that optimizes team performance. Identify and procure resources necessary to complete projects. Preparation & submission of monthly progress report to Consultant / client, if required. Site coordination with Main Contractor/ Client/ Consultant for proper progress of work. Raise valuations / invoices for the work done & details of materials at site. Implement Quality Management System & HSE measures. Preparation, submission and obtaining approval on material proposals Ensure adequacy of materials at site. Supervision of installation, Testing and commissioning Manage & complete project documentation Ensure Project deliverables are of a high quality and meet the expectations of the stakeholders |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites: Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 7-10 years experience in a related field in reputable Construction companies 3 of which in a senior level Ability to coordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments and external clients. Driver and desire to produce innovative winning solutions Excellent business and commercial acumen Adopt team approach Self-motivated, enthusiastic Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills. Aability to prepare and present cost effective programs; Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; Excellent competency in English language & PC skills Ability to work under stress and long hours as well as computer skills. |
