We are representing a leading international, casino/hotel operator who is seeking a Building Services Senior Project Manager (Mechanical) for a $multi-billion luxury entertainment complex in Macau (Near Hong Kong).

The client has an unsurpassed reputation in operating iconic Gaming, Entertainment, Leisure, Retail, Hospitality & Commercial projects in this thriving location and this is a fantastic opportunity to join their delivery team on this complex project.

Reporting to the Building Services Director, the main purpose of the role is to manage, supervise and co-ordinate the design and construction of all mechanical building services.

Requirements

My client is seeking an individual who can clearly demonstrate exceptional skills in Project Management. You will be a talented, innovative individual who can clearly 'think outside of the box'.

Depending on actual experience, our client can offer an attractive basic salary (paid in local currency) month + accommodation allowance + 30 days holiday (16 of which will be public holidays)

Macau is a family friendly location with access to an international school that follows Canadian curriculum. However our client will not contribute to school fees. Income tax in Macau is only 6%.
