Job description / Role
This is an opportunity to work on a major hotel and leisure scheme in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Project Director, responsible for the delivery of the Fit-Out, Finishing and FF&E through to handover to the hotel operator.
- Responsible for managing the sub-consultants and contractors driving, quality, safety, cost and schedule.
- Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal;
- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple parties;
- Able to build, develop and integrate within teams;
- Major Project Experience essential.
- Must have experience finishing high end projects.
