Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Subject matter expert for quick remittance, salary remittance, e-commerce, mobile payments and retail services
• Developing emerging alternative payment marketing requirements and strategy and Implementing new technology.
• Key contributor to technical and business solution design, as well as user experience design
• Conducting competitive reviews, SWOT and opportunity analysis
• Developing business cases including forecast
• Need to implement project methodology, feasibility study, change control, budgeting, and risk management.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure of IT Projects.
• Responsible for vendor coordination on contracts & repairs, client liaison, projects planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, team management and project coordination for assigned projects.
• Established and oversaw Xpress Money Web based Speed Cash System
Requirements
• Payments expert with 8+ years focusing on payment-related products and services, working for a Exchange/ financial institution / banking and payments technology provider.
• Has successfully designed and launched payments products (Quick remittance, traditional, e/mCommerce, alternative payments)
• Significant strengths include credit/debit/stored value products, payments, transaction processing, electronic funds transfer, risk & fraud mitigation, emerging digital payment, tokenization, PCI-DSS
• In depth knowledge of card payment schemes, ACH, ATM and debit networks
• Knowledge of retail loyalty programs and retail operations – an advantage
• Must be a PMP or Prince 2 Certified.
