Project Manager - Port - Construction - Contractor - Qatar

Total Package of 95k - 115k Pounds TAX FREE

This opportunity is for a Project Manager to work on a 300 million pounds construction project based in Doha, Qatar. My client is playing a significant part in the development of Dohas infrastructure in the build up to the 2022 Football World Cup. My client is an expanding company and they have already worked on some of the biggest construction projects in Qatar in recent years.

ROLE:
My client is looking for a professional Project Manager to come on board and run the construction of a large port project based in Doha. This is a 300 million project, so the successful candidate must have experience of working as a Project Manager on other large build projects of a similar scale.

DUTIES:
- Managing all aspects of construction on site
- Responsible for all aspects of the project including budget, time and HSE
- Regular meetings with the client to represent the contractor
- The position is reporting to the Project Director

Requirements

The successful client will be expected to have around 15-20 years experience within construction, having previously worked on large build projects before. The requirements for this role are:
- Good leadership, management skills and PM experience
- Experience of previously managing projects for contractors in the region of 100M + Pounds
- BSc in construction related field
- Previous experience of working in the GCC is desirable

My client offers a competitive salary along with a full package including excellent routes of progression within the company.

Full package:
- 75,000-85,000 Pounds TAX-FREE salary
