Employment: Full Time

This position is responsible for providing administrative, managerial and analytical support to the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and other CCAD related projects. This position contributes to the daily EPMO operations to ensure effective project coordination and reporting across the entire CCAD program. This person closely interfaces with the PMO directors, project managers and analysts over the progress of the project. The Project Manager, PMO organizes resources within the EPMO to function as a central resource providing administrative, logistical and analytical support to the contributing PMOs.

* Provides managerial oversight and direction to staff working in the EPMO
* Contributes to the day-to-day operation of the EPMO
* Provides significant ""hands-on"" contribution to the effective coordination and communication across the contributing PMOs
* Maintain the program plan with integrated milestones, including the data collection, monitoring and reporting related to these documents
* Defines projects thoroughly, including scope, objectives, work plans, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables.
* Defines project milestones that can be easily and objectively measured and provides timely identification of issues
* Contributes to the overall project reporting and communication across project work streams and contributing PMOs
* Contributes to the on-going reporting of project status (milestones, schedule, etc.) to the Project Steering Group
* Provides accurate, timely information to the Director, PMO related to all issues or delays in the project
* Documents management tools and processes for the CCAD project
* Establishes common project management methodologies, tools and processes for the CCAD project, including program governance, program management, project integration across work streams and contributing PMOs, schedule management, document management, program financial management/budget tracking, reporting and communication, executive dashboard reporting, deliverable tracking, performance management and change management

The number of years of project management experience commensurate with the EPMO scope of responsibility

Strong understanding of project management methodology, tools and best practices

Expertise in establishing comprehensive, effective program management offices and a proven track record of successfully implementing large, complex programs in the healthcare sector

High proficiency with standard computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Project

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to speak and write in English is required

Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred

Health care industry experience is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration, or related field, is required

Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or Health Informatics, or related field, is preferred

Project management certification is preferred

Requirements
