The RoleThe RoleOur Client is a privately owned food company based in Dubai established to set up and operate exciting new QSR brands across the Middle East. They are currently looking for a project manager with quantity surveying experience for a new QSR Franchise. This is a Start Up position for a new QSR Franchise to acquire sites, negotiate leases, tender construction, project manage construction process, obtain licenses and approvals from Government authorities and handover the completed project to the Operations Manager. This role reports to the Chief Operating officer and is a combination of 80/20 Field/Office based. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at a major recognised International Franchised Restaurant Chain in the UAE. Candidates with previous experience from United Kingdom, USA or Australia are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will have the following skills: Surveying experience Scheduling experience Able to list a bill of quantity Detail Tendering experience Overseeing construction and give an update to owners Attention to detail Organized Familiar with UAE laws with regards to ministry requirements and approvals. (Excellent English skills (spoken and written) Driving license & car Expert at construction tendering processes in the UAE Full knowledge of Project Management in the UAE Full knowledge of Ministry and License applications and approvals |
