Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 QAR + Medical
Location: Doha, Qatar
Project: Infrastructure

My client, ranked no.1 design firm globally within their specific field by one of the most prestigious construction magazines, is globally based, employing over 10,000 staff in over 100 countries. Working within a diverse range of projects including infrastructure, power projects and water treatment plants.

Duties:
- Overseeing the design, cost and construction side of the project.
- Reporting and consulting within a client facing role.
- Delegating to all areas of construction to ensure project delivery.
- Responsible for cost and time management
- Overseeing the life cycle of the project from initiating, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closing by maximizing the benefits of the available resources to meet the project budget, schedule and client expectations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 20 years experience.
- 10 years management experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Must be familiar with design build contract works and undertaken a minimum of one project of size greater than 7,200 m3/day.
- Have two years minimum experience with GCC or Qatar National Construction Standards.
- Extensive experience and competency within Primavera.
