Project Manager - Roads - Indian National - Fluent Arabic Speaker

Our client is an established contractor within Saudi Arabia. They recently have acquired massive infrastructure projects in Riyadh and are in urgent need of experienced Project Managers. The maximum salary for this position is 25,000 SAR (basic).

- Must be Indian National
- Must speak fluent Arabic

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Client & Consultant.
- Bid New Projects, plan for the project (Resources etc).
- Lead the team of Engineers.
- Manage the projects from Bid till Completion/handover of projects.
- Tracks project against its schedule, budget, quality, safety and against set and agreed objectives and standards.
- Reviews all reports prepared by subordinates and prepares periodic reports with respect to the project activities and achievements to be submitted to superiors.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel to specific responsibilities.

Requirements

- 10+ years experience
- Previous project management experience
- Must be fluent Arabic speaker
- Must Be Indian National
- GCC experience preferred
- Must have previous experience with roads projects
