Project Manager / Team Leader – Ammonia Urea Complexes

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading international engineering consultancy, is seeking to recruit a Senior level Project Manager who has expertise in the management of the commissioning & start up/close off stages of mega projects pertaining to Ammonia Urea Complexes (Fertilizer plant). Based on the Ruwais site, you will be acting as the PMC on the project, working 10hr days, 6 days a week (Contract until July 2013 with possible extension).

Requirements

Interested candidates should have a BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering field with an MBA from a reputed institution. You will have extensive expertise in
the oil & gas, petrochemical field with a proven track record of managing mega projects such as AMMONIA UREA COMPLEXES or FERTILIZER PLANTS at the commissioning stage. You will have held a number of managerial positions throughout your career such as production management, project management, process design management, environment management etc and will have expertise in areas such as process control, process modelling, financial analysis, due diligence, take over/merger studies, pollution abatement, risk analysis & HAZOP and energy policy. PLEASE NOTE - This role would NOT suit a Commissioning Manager but rather a Project Manager who has managed the commissioning process.
