Job description / Role
Project Management:
- This role is expected to manage multiple projects/initiatives in the area of consumer banking specially consumer loans & wealth management.
- Manage Entire project life cycle from Initiation to Closure.
- Management different aspect of projects like Scope, Schedule, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk Management, Procurement & Communication management.
- Manage strong communication to all stakeholders by communicating status using regular project status reports and steering committee updates.
Business Analysis & Testing:
- This role is expected to work very closely with business & operations teams to understand & document the business & system requirements related to wealth management, consumer loans origination and collections.
- Articulate business process changes and impact arising out of any business requirements/initiatives and work towards BPR.
- Proactively communicate system features to business teams to help them to launch new products and service.
- Prepare detailed test plan , test scenarios and test cases for each business requirements and manage testing with the help of test engineers and business users.
Requirements
- University Degree preferably in Computing / Engineering/ Banking /MBA/CA/CFA from a reputed university. PMP qualification is desirable.
- Minimum 8 years project management & business analysis experience in consumer banking domain projects with banking organizations or other large organizations or IT consultancies (consulting experience preferred).
- Minimum one complete project implementation experience of wealth management/private banking system.
Functional Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of wealth management systems, products & processes.
- Strong understanding of different asset classes like equities, fixed income, funds, structure products, derivatives, Insurance, forex & private equity.
- Strong understanding on order management for each asset class.
- Strong understanding of wealth portfolio management, rebalancing & modelling.
Systems Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of private banking & wealth management systems along with knowledge of core banking system.
- Sound knowledge on MS Visio, MS Project & other MS office tools.
Other Requirements:
- Strong presentation & communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Attention to every possible detail and disciplined approach for all the tasks.
