My client is a leading Contractor in Saudi Arabia and the Middle-East delivering on power generation and desalination plants, to factories, hotels, hospitals, and intricately sophisticated smart buildings. The client has a track record and prestigious list of efficiently delivered projects.
My clients management consists of highly qualified professionals with a distinguished track record in the region.
Requirements
My client is looking for experienced PMs for Abu Dhabi and Qatar. The ideal candidate should:
Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having a minimum of 16 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Project Manager and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise building (residential / commercial, hotel or hospital) projects worth more than U.S. $ 150M each, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved. He would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably has experience in the Middle East. The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with strong personality, would speak fluent English and would have a hands on approach rather than a back office Engineer.
Nationality: Arab or Western
Age: between 40 55 years
Salary: AED 50-60k full package + medical + tickets
Candidate must have worked as PM with contractor for high-rise building.
