Job description / Role
Our company is bidding on a proposal in Afghanistan and seeking candidates who would be interested in this opportunity. Services for this contract include the provision of scheduled and unscheduled Operations & Maintenance of various facilities and infrastructure at various locations throughout Afghanistan.
The Project Manager will act as a liaison with US client and in all aspects related to the execution of the contract and the completion of work under Task Orders.
The Project Manager will be a detail oriented individual that is able to strategically plan and meet deadlines. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing power generation projects.
With at least years 2 experience being in a conflict environment.
With proven experience with recognizable international GENSET manufacturers such as Cummins and Caterpillar is a plus.
Bachelors degree from an accredited school in engineering, project management, business or related field or equivalent.
Excellent level of English both written and spoken.
