The RoleThe RoleAre you a Turkish Project Manager with extensive experience in the delivery of projects in the retail sector seeking the opportunity to enhance your career on a major, new build shopping mall development in Azerbaijan? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country’s leading construction organisations, who have a strong portfolio of works in the residential, retail, commercial, hotels and mixed use resorts. Reporting to the Managing Director, key duties on the secured project are as follows: •Project specific duties from commencement through to completion •Planning, monitoring and control of projects •Monitoring and managing performance •Communication and information management including quality reporting •Management of the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation and close-out in accordance with the programme •Proactively coordinate all relevant parties of the project from inception to closeout •Assist clients in signing off project scopes and consultant appointments •Facilitate and manage value engineering solutions •Manage budgets •Team leadership |
RequirementsRequirementsMust have a proven track record in the delivery of a new build shopping centre project. Must be a Turkish national with good command of Must possess a relevant degree qualification A tax free basic salary + housing allowance + car + flights will be offered to preferred candidate.
