PROJECT MANAGER - IRAQ
We are currently seeking applications for the role of Project Manager for our client, UAE's leading providers of waterfront luxury projects, as well as the name behind some of the most acclaimed residential and commercial developments in the Gulf.
The role will require candidates with substantial high-rise, end to end project experience.
Experience working primarily with large scale regional / international contracting companies will be essential.
Previous experience in a similar role on a number of projects of comparable size and complexity, and experience within the Gulf region are critical elements of the selection process.
The role will require the Project Manager to provide a single point of accountability to deliver on multiple projects in accordance with the projects commitments.
The Project Manager will have project authority, within the limits of the established budget and company operating policies, to manage and direct assigned project resources and make decisions regarding the project direction.
The Project Manager will establish the project resource assignments and ensures that the projects are properly managed and staffed.
Academic background can include any or a combination of the following:
Technical Degree: Civil | Architectural | Construction Management
Salary Package - Negotiable and will reflect the seniority of the role.
Based in Baghdad with subsequent travel throughout the country as new projects come on stream.
