Job description / Role
My client are one of the worlds leading Principal Main Contractors who have in their 120 year history delivered iconic projects across all continents within the Building and Infrastructure sectors. With over 10,000 globally they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as for using highly innovative methods of constructions. Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and have secured a multi billion dollar mixed use development project in Doha – Qatar which consists of high rise buildings within the commercial, retail and residential sectors.
They are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to be based on site and manage, drive and oversee major elements on the project. You will be managing the internal workforce, sub contractors and be working closely with the clients consultancies and design firms. Working alongside the Project Director you will also be heavily involved with the commercial and design teams, ensuring the project is delivered to time and budget.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have/be:
A Degree in Civil Engineering
GCC experience
Experience on High rise mixed use developments
Experience of working for a leading recognised main contractor
Currently working as a Project Manager or Construction Manager
At least 10 years experience in the industry
