Project Manager – Fit Out – Qatar
Essential Requirements:
Company Overview: Our client is a well respected specialist main contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering commercial fast track fit out projects between £1m and £10m in value.
Role: Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, as Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a single scheme to programme and quality within a safe environment. You will be the key point of contact for the client and lead a site team of site managers who will be delivering the trades day to day.
Individual: Currently working for a major specialist fit out contractor, you will have an excellent track record of delivering single schemes above £4m in value.
Salary up to a maximum of £70,000 total package, Tax Free, dependent on experience
Requirements
To be considered you must have:
- Worked for a recognised commercial fast track fit out contractor
- Not jumped from job to job, minimum 4 years with each employer, ideally longer
- Headed up a single fast track fit out Projects as the number one Project Manager, £1.3m - £6m
- A trades background with the appropriate certificates or degree qualified.
