The RoleThe RoleObjective: Plan & Manage the project until final completion. Main responsibilities: Coordinate with all project parties- make , share and attend project as well as progress meetings and to distribute the minutes to all parties. -Conduct meeting s with Clients/Design team. -responsible for all technical decisions including that from the consultant , sub consultant, client during project design and implementation of project life time and to ensure that the project is timely executed in accordance with approved plan. -Preferably aware of value engineering. Reporting to : General Manager Subordinates : Project Engineer Other interactions : Should interact with main office, subconsultant, subcontractors, client representative Number required : 1 Duration : Full Time Desired start date : Immediate Probation : 6 months Working hours : 8:00to 5:30 pm ,Sun Thu Travel requirements : no Gross monthly base salary : - Commission / Bonus : - Other Benefits : - |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : BSc Architectural Engineering Other certifications : PMP Previous experience : 10-20 years experience Specialist knowledge : Project Pro,Primavera, Experience in Towers and hotels Other Skills : Should work well under pressure, good ability to interact with clients and contractors , good communication and mediator skills Ideal Age Range : 30 to 40 years Gender Preference : Male Nationality Preference: India, Egypt, KSA, Language Skills : English is must Current Residence : UAE |
