The RoleThe RoleWe currently require highly experienced Project Managers to deliver key construction projects in various locations across the Dubai for our prestigious client. You will have an established history of planning, monitoring and controlling processes along with excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to ensure your project is delivered within budget and inside the expected timeframe. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful applicant will have experience of projects in excess of 10 million USD with at least 10 years project management experience. Our client desires a proven history of delivery of high specification, high rise projects. The ideal candidate will preferably be educated to Degree level within Construction Management, along with an industry recognized affiliation such as PMI or APM. Excellent English communications skills are essential for this position. GCC experience is preferred along with a sound knowledge of worldwide markets and a stable career history. |
