Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading interiors and fit-out contractor looking to hire a Project Manager. Our all-round client is going through a phase of expansion and is therefore on a recruitment drive to grow their Projects Division.
As the Project Manager you will be managing various projects including 5* hotels, schools, restaurants, malls, health clubs, VIP residences and palaces as well as commercial and governmental buildings. You will oversee and manage the fit-out process for the company from initiation stage till completion and handover.
Requirements
Working closely with the logistics and administration teams you will assure that the projects are compatible with the base build and authorities requirements. Attending client and site meetings to resolve any project or site related issues will be a key responsibility of this role as will conducting regular inspections and evaluations of site units.
The successful candidate should have at least 10 years management experience working within the Interior fit-out contracting market. It is essential that you have managed several medium to large scale high-end hotel projects across the UAE and hold a relevant Degree.
